SHIPPING POLICY

Pams Happy Hats offer Free Delivery on all orders over £50, we aim to dispatch within one working week via First Class Signed For Delivery and Tracked Air Mail for all overseas orders.

Custom orders may take up to two weeks for dispatch and both of these lead times may be extended at busier times of year such as Christmas.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Pams Happy Hats we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us and we guarantee to only send you quality products and we carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way to you.We therefore give you 30 days from delivery to return your order to us for any reason for a refund or exchange. We will refund the original payment method you used to make your purchase on receipt of your returned goods. If you wish to return an order please follow the instructions below. Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition with all labels and/or tags intact.Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or to refund purchases of PDF patterns.Prior to returning any goods you must contact our Customer Services on 07395 725680 or e-mail us at pam@pamshappyhats.co.uk stating your name, the goods concerned and the order number of the cancelled order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund, or the exchange being sent out to you. All authorised returns must be returned to Customer Service, Pams Happy Hats, 30, Langley Way, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 6HL.We recommend proof of postage or recorded delivery as we cannot credit any items that we do not receive or which are damaged in the post.All goods should be suitably packaged to avoid damage, preferably using the packaging in which they were sent to you. Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refundable amount if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. A full refund will be provided (excluding any return postage costs if applicable).Please note: customers are responsible for the return postage costs, except where products are damaged or the fault lies with Pams Happy Hats.
