Our first contact with this incarnation of the Master came when he was posing as O, a former MI6 agent and a friend of the Doctors.  This made his betrayal even more dreadful when it happened.  I was totally shocked and did not see it coming at all.  The madcap evil that this character portrays, together with his impeccable sense of fashion made him a figure I really wanted to make and a welcome addition to our Master range.
