The Dalek Human Hybrid comes to us from Evolution of the Daleks first screened in 2007 where it comes up against the Tenth Doctor and Martha. This is Dalek Sec as a human-Dalek , with a Kaled mutant-shaped head (including six tentacles on the sides and with a partially-exposed brain), and a human body.
