Of all the Doctors adversaries in Classic Who, it was the Cyberman that scared me most, they could go anywhere and do anything and there seemed to be no end to how many of them could be created! The Cybermen first appeared in the Tenth Planet which also saw the last chronological appearance of William Hartnell and the Introduction of Patrick Troughton.
