In the same episode as we meet the Adipose we also get the fabulous Donna back as a proper companion, which made me very happy.  The Adipose were a wonderful little group of babies who came into exitense by eating peoples fat  and popping out.  I just wish there was a way for these little chaps to co-exist with us, I could do with a few adipose popping off me!
