Peter Davison was completely different to Tom,  he was young, fresh faced and handsome.  His style was a little more indecisive and he often showed a more vulnerable side. Having said that Davisons Doctor was darker than his previous incarnation with not so much of the humour previously seen, and a more scientific approach.  No jelly babies. He was an absolutely lovely man to meet and was very charming.  He was our Doctor from January 82 to March 84 and appeared in 69 episodes (3 seasons).
